Foodies' Walking Tour of Melbourne

Join this deliciously entertaining tour for the sights, sounds and, of course, tastes of Melbourne's foodie secrets. Journey around the city to discover some of Melbourne's longest running food establishments and be introduced to the newest kids on the block.

This walking, talking and tasting tour kicks off with hot chocolate at the Max Brenner store then makes its way through the Greek quarter of Lonsdale Street. It explores Chinatown (for egg tarts) and its many food stores as well as seeing where some of Melbourne's best restaurants are located.

Meet the storekeepers, taste their specialties and learn a little about Melbourne's foodie history, culture and architecture along the way. Travel along Little Collins Street past the famous Quist's Coffee House and onto the David Jones Food Hall. Then it's time for truffles at Koko Black and a wander through the food filled laneways and alleys to Centre Place. We then make our way to Federation Square where the tour concludes.

This tour is on foot and takes 3-4 hours to complete.

Hi Allan - What a fabulous tour you gave our little group from Perth. It was different, diverse and extremely interesting. Certainly the highlight of my 'foodies weekend'. I'll be recommending it whenever possible. Cheers Vicki S.
